Do you make moulds?
No. We design them. Your toolmaker builds the mould from our drawings.
What do you need to quote?
A 3D part file (STEP or IGES), your annual volume, the resin and your target cavities. We can also start from a sample or a 2D drawing.
What do you deliver?
A full 3D mould design and 2D drawings, after product DFM, mould DFM and an internal drawing check.
Can you work to our standards?
