Who we are

A design studio, not a toolshop.

gomould is the new brand of YiGe Design. Our legal entity is YiGe Technology Co., Ltd. We focus on the design of mid-to-high-end plastic injection moulds.

We develop and check the design, then release the drawings. Your chosen toolmaker manufactures the mould and the parts.

Meet the engineer behind the standard

Qiu Dehua 邱德华

Founder · Head of Automotive & Consumer Plastic Mould Design

Qiu Dehua has 15+ years of hands-on plastic mould design. His work centres on automotive interior and exterior trim and on plastic components for consumer electronics, and he has led the design of difficult moulds across many product families.

He is an expert in mould-flow analysis and in judging complex structures, with a deep understanding of precision control, process optimisation, cost control and readiness for volume production on automotive moulds.

He leads a collaborative design team of 100+ people across mould structure design, mould-flow analysis and project management. Together they take on large automotive parts, thin-wall forming, complex curved surfaces and synchronised multi-cavity production. His automotive and consumer projects have met the high-end development needs of clients in China and abroad, with shorter mould delivery cycles and higher production yield.

Smart home appliance mould team

Li Hongxing

Li Hongxing has 15+ years of hands-on experience in appliance mould design. His work focuses on core appliance components, including difficult mould designs for kitchen appliances, white goods and small appliances. Panels, inner liners and key functional parts are among the applications covered.

His expertise includes precision control, process optimisation and cost control, with designs developed around the requirements of volume production. Thin-wall forming, complex curved surfaces and multi-cavity moulds are recurring technical challenges.

He leads a team of 25+ spanning mould structure design and project management. By combining those specialisms, the team supports mid-to-high-end domestic and international appliance projects, working to improve delivery efficiency and production yield.

Deng Lianhui

Deng Lianhui has 16+ years of experience in high-precision mould structures, coordination of electronics projects, process optimisation and cost control. His areas include Bluetooth earphones, e-cigarettes and robot vacuums.

His approach brings together multi-cavity runner design and solutions for controlling cost in volume production. The team addresses short product-update cycles, high precision requirements and large production volumes.

He leads 18+ designers across mould structure design and project management. For projects led by his team, the company profile reports delivery cycles shortened by at least 15% and mass-production yield of up to 99.5%. These are reported project outcomes, not a guarantee for every new design.

Wang Hu has 10+ years of experience in complex mould structures, multi-project coordination, process optimisation and cost control. His work includes difficult cavity structures, runner optimisation and management of cost across the production process.

His team of 15+ combines mould structure design, project follow-up and process knowledge. It supports projects with demanding precision, structural complexity and stable-production requirements.
